2.2.1 Applicable conditions

Use of Zaragoza Town Hall’s Open Government Platform is subject to the conditions of use and privacy policy of the Municipal Website, as well as the following specific conditions, the object of which is so that citizens can send their comments, contributions and proposals, as well as make use of the participatory channels offered by the platform, undertaking all of this within a framework of respect and legality.

2.2.2 Purpose

The user commits to making appropriate use of the platform regarding its participatory purpose and to not use it to engage in activity that is illegal; contrary to good faith; that violates or transgresses the honour, personal or family privacy or the image of people; or which entails acts of disloyal competition or illegal publicity.

2.2.3 Responsibility for the content supplied

The User is solely responsible for the content, comments and files he/she may make available through the platform. Zaragoza Town Hall excludes all responsibility for any kind of harm or damage that may derive from content supplied by users, as well as for opinions expressed by them.

The user acquires an obligation of truth for the content he/she supplies to the platform, by which he/she commits to not engage in a lack of truthfulness, accuracy, exhaustivity, pertinence and/or up-to-dateness of the contents.

The user commits not to publish (or upload) any file subject to the intellectual or industrial property rights of third parties, except unless the owner of said rights has granted a licence or formal authorisation.

2.2.4 Moderation of the contents

The platform has a system for the moderation of comments, contributions and proposals the purpose of which is to prevent the publication of contents that breach these Conditions or any other regulation that may be applicable. The user accepts that contents supplied will be supervised by Zaragoza Town Hall and, where appropriate, removed from the platform. In the event of disagreement, the user may write to the Town Hall by means of the mechanisms available on the Municipal Website, or by any other appropriate legal means.

2.3 GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR THE GENERAL MOBILITY OF THE MAKING AVAILABLE OF RE-USABLE ZARAGOZA TOWN HALL DOCUMENTS

2.3.1 Obligatory nature of the general conditions

These general conditions, permanently available under Legal Notice, obliges any re-user agent by the mere fact of making use of the documents subject to them.

2.3.2 Re-user authorisation and non-exclusive granting of intellectual property rights

These general conditions allow the re-use of the documents subject to them for commercial and non-commercial purposes.
